Returns Policy

We hope that you love your Lorelei London garment, please carefully refer to the sizing chart to show measurements, sizing recommendations & tips to avoid disappointment. If however your garment needs to be exchanged or returned please see our returns policy below:

• You may return garments purchased from our website within 14 days of the delivery date, in the same condition as sold, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging for a refund, credit note or exchange.  This also applies to our pre-order garments.
• All bespoke commissions including artwork, prints and garments will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights for all of these print designs and products provided in the Bespoke Print design service will remain the property of Lorelei London Ltd.
• Any item where alterations have taken place will be non-refundable as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
• To arrange a return, please first contact us at studio@loreleilondon.com to receive your return number.  Please note we will not accept any returns to us without this returns number.
• Returns charges are payable by the customer.  For your convenience we have enclosed an eco mailing bag, in case you need to return your item.
• Refunds of returnable garments will take place once the item has been checked and approved to be in its originally purchased condition, with no signs of wear. The returned goods must be sent in their original packaging.
• Any item purchased from a pop-up event will be non-refundable.  An exchange or credit note will be issued at our discretion, providing it is within 14 days of the original event purchase and the garment is unworn, with all tags still attached.
