MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS
To check your measurements please make sure that your measuring tape is level all the way around your body and not pulled in tight at any point.
1: Measure your bust (at the fullest point.)
2: Measure your waist, (at the narrowest point.)
3: Measure your hip (at the widest point of your hips/bottom.)
SIZING ADVICE
The flattering nature of this dress works across all body types, we do recommend if you have a fuller bust/behind/middle, you should size up, as there is little give in this fabric and we want you to look and feel amazing in it.

The fabric is GOTS (GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILES STANDARD) certified 100% organic cotton satin, this has a luxurious soft sheen & hand feel.
Fully Lined bodice & skirt with 100% organic Cotton Voile.
I've got pockets! (Who doesn’t love a pocket!)
Square neckline.
Puffed sleeve at the sleeve head with pleats into a tapered ¾ length sleeve.
Midi length (Model is 5’10 & is wearing a size 12.)
(Please note there is a deep 4cm hem on this dress, to allow adjustment if you are taller.)
The Lorelei House print is on a dark background, almost black, clotted cream blossoms with hearts and kisses surrounded by new beginnings in the coral gold and teal breeze. Created in the garden with my girls.

Main Body: 100% GOTS certified organic cotton satin.
Our cotton fabrics are printed in London in one of the most eco-friendly ways possible using digital pigment inks. Our printing requires no water in the printing process, and uses around 95% less energy than traditional screen printing.

Lining: 100% organic Cotton Voile by Merchant & Mills.
Zip: YKK Natulon recycled bottle top zip.
All labelling: 100% Natural cotton tape, digitally printed in West Wales.
Body: 100% GOTS certified organic cotton satin.

Delivery
In stock items:
Standard Delivery (UK mainland tracked) 2-4 days - Free.
Express Delivery (UK mainland tracked) next day before 1 pm - £9.50.
Please place orders before 12 noon for next day delivery of in stock items. If your order is placed on a Friday before 12 noon, please expect this the next working day/ Monday, excluding bank holidays. Next day deliveries placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed and sent out the next working day.
Our delivery partners in the UK are Royal Mail
For pre-order items please allow 4-6 weeks. Your garments are lovingly made in small batches to the highest standard to avoid wastage, please be patient with us while we fulfil your order. We promise to keep you informed of your garment's journey every step of the way and we would like to thank you for choosing a truly sustainable way of working. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is shipped with a tracking number.
For all international deliveries please contact us via email studio@loreleilondon.com to get a quote for delivery. We will be happy to look into this for you all local taxes and charges will be the the buyers responsibility. Our quote will only cover delivery to your chosen country.
Returns Policy
We hope that you love your Lorelei London garment, please carefully refer to the sizing chart to show measurements, sizing recommendations and tips to avoid disappointment. If however your garment needs to be exchanged or returned please see our returns policy below:
You may return garments purchased from our website within 14 days of the delivery date, in the same condition as sold, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging for a refund, credit note or exchange. This also applies to our pre-order garments.
Any item where alterations have taken place will be non-refundable as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
To arrange a return, please first contact us at studio@loreleilondon.com to receive your return number.
Please note we will not accept any returns to us without this returns number.
Returns charges are payable by the customer. For your convenience we have enclosed an eco mailing bag, in case you need to return your item.
Refunds of returnable garments will take place once the item has been checked and approved to be in its originally purchased condition, with no signs of wear. The returned goods must be sent in their original packaging.
Any item purchased from a pop-up event will be non-refundable. An exchange or credit note will be issued at our discretion, providing it is within 14 days of the original event purchase and the garment is unworn, with all tags still attached.
